FuseIT has a four step approach to implementing Salesforce:
- Firstly we define the benefits to your organization that could be achieved by implementing Salesforce. This may be anything from better managing sales people to a complete online marketing solution. We also advise how Salesforce can best interact with existing systems.
- On the basis of expected business value defined under 1. we select the right Salesforce edition and customize it. Often, an important part of implementation is the conversion of data from other systems into the Salesforce.com database.
- The next step is to integrate Salesforce.com with other systems in your organization. Often specific interfaces need to be built to ensure seamless dataflow between systems. Sometimes it is necessary to extend Salesforce with one of the many add-ons or applications available through the Salesforce.com AppExchange.
- Finally, FuseIT will train your staff to use Salesforce and document the processes and procedures around using this tool.
