Methodology

FuseIT follows the Microsoft Solution Framework (MSF) for Agile Software Development.  MSF for Agile Software Development is an agile software engineering process that incorporates key ideas from the Agile software movement, along with principles and practices from the Microsoft Solution Framework. It is designed to help teams achieve a high degree of success on their software engineering projects while using Visual Studio Team System. It also makes iterative software development enterprise ready by providing features like risk management, release management and design for operations.

FuseIT uses Microsoft's Visual Studio Team System to manage the software development process.  This system provides an integrated platform within which to manage and access process guidance, business requirements, source code, task assignment and overall progress.
